Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.
This means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including but not limited to:
- Canceling your order or items from your order
- Changing the color or size of any items
- Adding items to your order
- Changing your billing or shipping address
- Changing payment method
- Changing the Shipping Method
- Adding or Removing a Gift Card

All orders placed Monday-Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 5pm (PST) will ship the same business day. For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).
Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

We’re happy to offer FREE worldwide shipping with orders over $75 USD (excluding taxes, duties and international processing). If you do not see your location listed below, we don’t currently ship to your location.

Domestic Shipments
Once an order is placed, we are unable to reroute it. If you have UPS My Choice you can select to have it routed to a UPS Access Point.

If your package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to sender, you will be refunded once the order has been received and processed in our warehouse. Orders returned to sender cannot be re-shipped, so please place a new order for your items.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait another 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier. All orders placed Monday – Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 5pm will ship the same business day.
