About
Launched in 2019, Alo Gives provides free, video-based content designed to bring the benefits of wellness to children everywhere. The Alo Gives program incorporates yoga and meditation, which have been shown to promote essential physical and mental skills that foster social and emotional learning, which can help children navigate challenges both in and outside the classroom. We made this program freely available to ensure it is fully accessible to anyone, anywhere, regardless of their circumstances. We want to make these powerful wellness tools available to all, empowering every child to have access to tools that can help develop resilience, focus, and emotional balance.
